This is a collective kitchen program designed to provide young people with practical cooking skills and the tools to look after their own nutritional needs. Youth in the program are involved in menu planning, budgeting and meal preparation. This program is for Junior and Senior High Youth, once a week for 6 weeks at a cost of $6 (that's $1 per week!).
Courses are run when enough participants are signed up on the waiting list.
